I don't have calorie counts but here are the net carb counts I use

Almond flour 1 cup has 4 net carbs
Flaxseed meal has 0 net carbs (Bob's Red Mill, but there is some disagreement about this)
WPI 1 cup has .75 net carbs

Almond flour is 8 net for 1 cup, and some people don't count flaxmeal as 0 and some do. Just wanted to clear that up

Tater Head,
Counts probably vary from brand to brand but the label on the Bob's Red Mill that I use shows 1/4 cup as having:
Total Carbs: 5
Dietary Fiber: 4
Sugars: 1
This would be a net carb count of 1. So 1 cup would have 4.

Where did you get your count?

btw, nomoreww, 1/4 cup of almond meal/flour has 160 calories.

Ask Dottie or better yet, check out most recipes with carb counts, most all of them will say 8 net per cup of almond flour/meal. I use many different brands, but the one I use mostly is Trader Joe's brand 1/4 cup is 5 carbs 3 fiber and the ingredients is nothing but ground up Almonds. I wouldn't trust that label you have, just trying to help you out

Nutritional Information for from Bob's website is different from what you have. To be safe I would count a cup of almond meal/flour as 8 net.
