substitute for whey protein powder

Yes, you can - and the flavor will be wonderful. The result may be a bit more fragile, though, so be careful when turning them. You will have to watch them carefully so they don't burn!

Ricotta Pancakes Are GOOD!

I made these with almond "flour". Very tasty, these are the most like regular pancakes that I have tried. I liked not having the soy flavor!
