Cracker Substitute?

Planning for Turkey Day and was hoping to get some ideas for "dippy things". Have lots of dip ideas, but other than veggies, what can be dipped? I went on Atkins and found "Cheese Straws" and found "Lacy Cheese Rounds and Pepperoni Chips" on LCF. Any other ideas for more "cracker-like" dippy things? Trying to stick "close" to induction for holiday, but don't mind if I "stray" a BIT with a FEW more carbs.

Pork rinds are always awesome for dipping.
You can use Wasa Crackers.
In Dana Carpender's 500 low Carb Recipes you'll find 3 or 4 recipes for crackers.
There are also a few recipes in Jennifer Eloff's Splendid Low Carbing book.

You can survive the holidays and stay close to legal!

Check the other thread about crakers. The almond thin recipe is AWESOME!!!!!

Even non-low carbers LOVE this. I promise if you like wheat thins than you will like these.

Forgive me for my slow working brain What does "check the other thread" mean? Where? I'm fairly new to this new-fangled thing and get confused easily

"check the other thread" means that there has been a thread (which is what each individual line is in the board) started by someone else earlier. I did a search - there are two ways to do that. There is a search button near the top of the page on the right hand side, and there is a "search this forum" box at the lower right hand side of the page. Anyway, I searched under Almond Thins, and found the thread "What do you use instead of crackers". So I bumped it up for you. To bump a thread means to reply to it with no message just to move it to the top.

I hope you found it!

Well, it's not exactly induction-food, but my dad bought some low-carb tortillas and sliced them into eighths, and fried them. They were just like tortilla chips. We had them with brie. They were great!
