ISO Butter N Garlic Wing Recipe
I love just plain old butter and garlic wings and I usually just saute finely minced garlic in some butter but they seem to be lacking something.
I have searched the internet for a recipe but they all call for bread crumbs or flour or something else I don't want to add.
What do you use for your butter and garlic wings?

nd the missing ingredient is...
And the missing ingredient is...PARMESAN CHEESE!!!!
DH and I frequently visit "The Wing Stop" which serves the BEST wings. They serve garlic parmesan wings that are to die for!!!
DH and I tried to replicate them the other night, and they came out pretty close.
All we did was deep fry the wings until crispy (very important), and made the garlic parmesan sauce on the side.
1 half stick butter
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
lots of parmesan!
The measurements above are based on our experiment. You can use as much of each as you like, and they will still be yummy.
Toss the wings in the sauce and sprinkle with more parmesan.
