blue cheese dressing

I lent my dana carpender book to my SIL and she is at work...can anyone give me the recipe for blue cheese dressing? I think I remember most of it...and I need to make it for a cookout on Saturday?

Creamy Bleu Cheese Dressing

18g carbs total

Ingredients:

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
2 ounces Crumbled Bleu cheese
1 clove pressed garlic
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste


How to Prepare:

Blend together. Chill to develop flavors. Great for salads as well as hot wings. Keeps for about 2 weeks. [/color]

Here's Dana's
2 cups mayo
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup small-curd cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teasponn salt or Vege-Sal
3 oz. crumbled blue cheese
Whisk together the mayo, buttermilk, cottage cheese, Worcestershire, garlic and salt, mixing well. Gently stir in the blue cheese, to preserve some chunks. Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
yield- Makes roughtly 3 cups. A 2 teaspoon serving has 1 gram of carbs, a trace of fiber, and 2 grams of protein.
