Where do you buy low carb bread/tortillas?

Depends on how high in carbs you want to go. You can buy "light" bread in the grocery store with 7 ECC. That's what I use and just don't eat much of it - toast with my egg. Other than that we eat revolution rolls for sandwiches.

I buy my tortillas and bread in a health food store. I just found hot dog buns and hamburger buns there today.

What brand were they? It doesn't bother me to have a hamburger or hot dog on regular low-carb bread, but my husband is a purist! I'd like to track them down online. I wish our health food stores carried more than Atkins and/or Keto products.
