Daikon Radish-more fiber than carbs??Is this possible??

I bought a Daikon radish today. The nutrition facts are as follows: Serv. size 3oz. Calories 15 Fat cal. 0 Sodium 18mg Total carb. 4g Fiber 8g protein 1g. Can a vegetable have more fiber than carbs. In the severing suggestions: Daikon adds a zesty texture to salads, stir-fries and stews. It is similiar in taste to a red radish but is milder and sweeter. Well I peeled mine {cause I tasted the peel and the radish taste was in the peeling,,} sliced it up and fried it in olive oil. While it was hot I sprinkled on Splenda and some apple pie seasoning. Unlike jamica, it fried up like apples or potatoes . This tasted very good. Unlike a red radsih-these things are very large-I would say mine was 3" across and 9-10 inches long. I am thinking we have a faux fried potatoe or an apple filling possibility here!! What about those carb and fiber figures??
