I only have Dana Carpender's 500 low carb recipes.

I've used quite a bit, and have like what I've made so far.

However, I have to say, that some of the best recipes that I've used have come from the internet.

The recipes on this website are great, I just search for the kind of item I'm looking to cook.

Also, try Sherilee's website - she has some awesome recipes. Her decadent cream cheese brownies are the best!

I have quite a collection of recipes as well from the internet - just printed them out and popped them into sheet protectors that I have in a binder.

I also have had three different low carb cookbooks -- Atkins Quick and Easy Cookbook, Carb Addicts Cookbook, and Dana Carpenter's 500 Low Carb Recipes. Dana's book is - by far - the best one I have. I actually looked through the first two the other evening, took about two recipes from each, and gave them to a thrift shop.

I've been enjoying Nancy Moshier's "Eat Yourself Thin" cookbooks -- has a great dessert cookbook, too.

I have 5 or 6 low carb cookbooks but Dana Carpender's 500 low carb recipes is my favorite by far. I have been getting her newsletter for a long time now and was really happy with the book. Her website is www.holdthetoast.com if anyone is interested in the email newsletter.
