Here are my menus for first 10 days of the month. Eating out of the freezer mostly so only have a single trip to store for bananas and whatnot. We are off to Hawaii on the 11th and want to stay on plan. Walking as much as I can, and sticking to grilled meats and salads.
Continue to love the Masterbuilt smoker. It's a time saver for me. We smoke one day a week and eat the proteins and freeze the excess. I also made my breakfast crepes ahead of time... Spent time on a Sunday afternoon watching football and cooking. Have a busy week coming up too so will have a few things in the slow cooker. Will be back in a couple of weeks and looking at Thanksgiving menu and leftovers.
1 Friday- ribeye steak, salad, baked spaghetti squash
Saturday- pork and hominy stew
Sunday- smoking meats for the week....
Salmon, catfish, (dinner tonight) chicken thighs, turkey wings add loaded broccoli
Monday- chicken thighs, roasted cauliflower
Tuesday- turkey wings, sweet potato fries
Wednesday - chicken noodle soup
Thursday - beef burgers with squash fries
Friday- shrimp scampi, steamed spinach
Saturday - turkey taco salad
10 Sunday- clean out fridge...going to Hawaii.
