WOE: JUDDD calorie cycling plan w/Lower Carbs
What are your menu plans for the week of Sep 30-Oct 5
Dinners for next week: (DH's meals usually include a starch, but I'll post mine without his part lol)
zucchini “noodles”; ragu no sugar pasta sauce w/ground beef cooked in it topped w/parmesan; salad w/Italian dressing
tilapia pan sauteed w/garlic, onions and lemon; roasted okra(spray lightly with EVOO, sprinkle with salt and roast at 400 for 12-15 minutes); sliced cucumbers w/vinegar
Poached eggs over split muffins (http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...gg-muffin.html) w/bacon and cream gravy (pan fry bacon, render fat out, add a little half and half, salt and pepper and reduce)
Chicken and broccoli stir fry (chicken breast, broccoli, green onions, ginger and garlic w/tamari soy sauce).
Grilled t-bone and salad w/blue cheese dressing
“Corn dogs” sort of. Same recipe for the muffin linked above but added 1T corn meal, 1tsp green can parmesan cheese and 2T water w/sliced hot dogs (2)- split into 3 or 4 muffin tins and baked at 350 for 12 minutes.
