Might want to read (Picture included) ;)

Hey everyone, if your hungry for dinner or would like some ideas here were a couple of my weekly meals!

1. BLT
* (2 slices of low carb bread) = 2 carbs
* (6 strips of bacon)
* Mustard & miracle whip, and sliced cheese
DELCIOUS!!! Oh and toast the bread of course

2. Chicken breast w/ "mashed potatoes"
* Chicken breasts cooked normal season normal but add Sazon Goya!! Its really good seasoning.
* Boil cauliflower, then with beaters mix in cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, butter, and top with sour cream and cheese maybe chives.
(Or whatever else)

3. Low carb "Mission" tortilla = 6 carbs
* Crack and egg and mix it in a bowl w/cinnamon
* rip the tortilla into wedges and drench in the egg mixture
* Fry it in the pan until liking.
* Top with butter, cinnamon, and splenda!

Hope I gave someone some ideas (Or just made some of you hungry) haha

I read elsewhere on this site that the carb info is incorrect on Julian bread. If I remember right they added wrong on the label and subtracted fiber twice? I have half a loaf left in my freezer that I haven't touched since I read that post. I used to only eat one piece a day and never stalled but you might want to keep an eye on it.
