Photos of Low Carb Meals
Hi there! I love to see photos of what people are eating for this low carb lifestyle. I take photos of all my meals for my LCF journal, I find it a great way to keep tabs on myself and keep it interesting. I thought other people might like to see the photos without all the blahbeedeeblah of sifting through my journal. (Although you are welcome to join the fun over there, I've gathered some very wonderful people to help me along!) None of my food is particularly spectacular, I'm just a SAHM with a Costco card and a camera. Anyone can make these meals, it’s just real food, available almost anywhere, and nothing special. I don’t have any aspirations to be a chef or a cookbook author or anything; I’m just feeding myself and my family—much like I suspect you are. So, these are just examples of a normal everyday person eating normal everyday low carb food. I like to eat nice big filling meals, and usually put them together from what's hanging around in the kitchen. My family generally eats what I do, just with a side of rice. You will probably notice a lot of recurring meals, or the fact I use a lot of leftovers for lunches or breakfast the next day. Most of these meals are induction friendly, but I never count carbs or calories, that’s just too much work for me. I know what a low carb meal looks like, and I just go with it.
