I am so sad that I didn't find this thread sooner. I spotted it your new journal and came over. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THIS THREAD!!!

A while back I did attempted to photo jounal my food. It was a failure. I have since started a new journal and I sporadically post pictures. I do it mostly for accountability issues.

This thread is so awesome and if I make any dishes that are good looking all post them on here.

Chicken & Spinach Alfredo (Costco rotisserie chicken, fresh spinach, jar of Trader Joe's Alfredo Sauce, fresh garlic, pepper) Very delicious!

Super duper easy to make, dump all in pan, heat and serve. The chicken is from Costco, they sell their leftover rotisserie chicken deboned and vaccuum packed, a great big bag for about $11. So handy for everything!

This is Chorizo Shrimp Dirty Rice. I put too much chorizo and too little "rice", but it still was delicious. I got the recipe from "I Breathe I'm Hungry".
