I make a batch of mim (oven style), coconut oil bark, flax bread, and freeze also chocolate roasted almonds. That way I have what I need for the week. The rest of the week I just have eggs , meat , veggies, and limited dairy...a container of whey isolate protein is good for shake style meal in a minute.

I bake 2 lbs of bacon at a time in the oven and freeze the whole batch in a ziploc. This way I always have cooked bacon on hand. Then when I want it I microwave for 1 minute---Yum!

I will prepare all the dry ingredients for several one minute muffins. I store those in the fridge in small tupperware type containers. Then all I need to add is the wet ingredients for a quick out the door meal or snack.

I will cook large amounts of meat and freeze in small ziplocs to put on salads for lunch during the work week.

Bake a batch of LC pancakes and a batch of flax buns for sandwiches and freeze for later use.

Have made many of Linda Sue's recipes and froze in single servings so I always have meal options on hand.

Hope some of these help. Others will have additional great options.

No, I don't do much advanced cooking, though I am thinking about it. I cook everything fresh for dinner the day we are going to eat it. My husband does the grocery shopping for the whole week on Sunday nights. I go to Costco at the end of the month and buy a months worth of meat, which I portion out and freeze into 1lb foil packs. Just foil works fine for the meat since we use it within a month or so. If I was going to freeze it longer, I would use paper and foil to help keep freezer burn at bay.
