I cook dinner most nights but cook my lunches/breakfast on Sunday for the week.

I'm cooking (just got done):

Boiled eggs
Bacon
Italian sausage in pasta sauce

ETA: Almost forgot. It's PMS week so I made Wendy'sSmiling pumpkin pie without the crust.

where is the recipe - is it here? I need to use up some pumpkin.

I'm making boiled eggs, pork green chile, will have hamburger patties ready to cook up in the AM for lunches. I wanted to make Jodi's Pumpkin Bake, but I don't want to use the cream cheese...I'm gonna steal your italian sausage in sauce idea too.

Oh yum, that looks good too. I didn't realize it's a cheesecake, I'm looking for more like a crustless pumpkin pie. I am going to do like you and save the cheesecake for PMS/TOM week, that's an excellent idea. I bought a ton of pumpkin a while back, and I really need to start using it up---it's been around for a little over a year already. Thank you for that link though, I am definitely saving it!
