Chocolate Candy without Maltitol

Does anyone know of a recipe for chocolate candy that doesn't have the sweeteners that are laxating? I have a hug sweet tooth, and the consequences of the sweeteners I have found in chocolates are not tolerable! I tried a chocolate fudge with stevia and cream cheese using unsweetened chocolate and it was AWWWFULLL! It was very bitter with a bad sweet aftertaste so I threw it away.

You can look on Netrition. They have the chocoperfection bars, which I have never tried. They also have chocolate chunks, which I ordered but haven't tried yet. You can also search this site for a coconut bark recipe, which is made from coconut oil, unsweetened chocolate and sweetner of your choice.

There used to be a sugarfree chocolate product by Ross's that never bugged my stomach as well as Cavalier...I always stayed away from SF stuff as it would just cause too much havoc with my stomach but those two brands were actually fine

Thank you so much! I love chocolate and I have tried the chocoperfection, but it doesn't come with nuts...was looking for something I could make with nuts...but haven't found any. I do like the chocoperfection though, even if it is plain.
