Anyone else love cheese as much as I do?

Hello! I love cheese and am new to low carbing, (well new since I gained some poundage back.)

I happen to love cheese with a passion, however is this okay? I happen to want to squeeze it into every meal if i can, LOL. Does anyone else do this? If it will derail my progress I will certainly cut down the cheese intake. Thank you for your help everyone.

I eat cheese every day. I LOVE it! I usually keep a block of Cheddar cheese in the frig and cut a piece off to snack on when I am hungry. It will not hurt your progress if you do not really overdo it.

I love cheese as much as anyone..
If you really love cheese though you might be best off sticking to stuff that is prepackaged into individual slices...A really sharp cheddar might have less carbs but a block sitting in the fridge or a bag of pre shredded cheese is just too much temptation for me. A block ends up constantly being "snacked" on and a bag of shredded ends up on every meal.

I love cheese everday, and try to eat celery or cabbage everyday too, and I have not had any problems from eating it in moderation, mostly in the form of cheddar cheese cubes, mozarella sticks, swiss slices with canola harvest margarine spread between slices (like a cookie with frosting), in a cheese sauce (homemade) or on top of a casserole or in the middle of an omelette, blue cheese chunks anytime or on top of a salad. Cheese has saved me from cheating many times.

I really like cheese also doesnt matter what kind. First week of induction I ate alot of cheese and was having problems losing weight so I cut out cheese, veggies, caffiene, sodas, and used less salt. Then I started to lose lots. I then added a little of my veggies and cheese and kept losing. Last day of my 3rd week I had lost total of 22 pounds. I still consider my self on induction. So still using very little of cheese and veggies. And no sodas at all just water.
