There isn't really anything sprinkled on top of the fish at all. This is a Trader Joe's frozen Mahi Mahi which has some sort of clear and citrus flavoring; like a marinade I guess. I tend to; like to over cook fish a bit so I think the citrus juices got a little golden. Over the asparagus is fresh Parmesan cheese! Overall the fish is very 'clean' as fish without; as it appears, with any thick sauce or anything added to it. Shown here is another Trader Joe's favorite of mine. It's a salmon strip surrounding a 'mass' of (a little bit cheesy) crab and shrimpp. ~100 calories, 13g from fat (mostly omega from the fish; I still watch my fat) 8g protein and 4 carbs and 1 sugar!
