meal planning help

Just recently viewed this website: e-Mealz - A Meal Planning Resource for Busy Moms and Frugal Family Cooks

I was wondering if anyone else has sign on for their easy meal plans and grocery shopping aids?

I've been searching for a program, and don't want to pay for Weight Watchers again. This program costs $15/month. The only problem I have with this program are the grocery stores that they use seem to be Southern based, I am in New England.

Is there another program like this that I am not aware of that is New England based?

There are so many options to choose from for meal planning. I'm going for the low carb-2 person plan.

Any advice would be great!

Hi, Babs.

I don't know about the service you've mentioned, but I do know of one resource you might find helpful, and it is a one-time expense instead of a subscription fee (which my frugal heart loves! )

Leanne Ely has several meal planning books out that give weekly menus, shopping lists, and recipes. Her original book is Saving Dinner, and she has several more, including one that focuses on Low Carb eating. One nice thing about that one is she includes ideas for including healthy carbs for members of the family (like kids) who can eat them without having to make a separate dinner for the low carb eater. Her books sell for around ten bucks on Amazon.

I know this is a really old thread, but I'm thinking of starting an induction-friendly menu mailing service. I had mentioned doing it a couple of years ago, but couldn't find the software to make it work. Now I have almost all the pieces in place. I hope to start it soon!
