Sometimes I whip a packet of sugar free pudding with a cup of heavy cream. It's my last resort when the cravings are overwhelming. It typically stalls me for a few days, but it's better than a real cheat. SF Sheila's website shows some good desserts, if you're interested.

Hi..I'm new. I started back to LowCarb. Tried vegan, than low carb vegan, than just a regular vegatarian but nothing works like Low Carb. I got fatter on veg foods because I ate too many carbs. Even healthy carbs will make you FAT!!! I'm very concerned about my health and I eat organics and I believe in eating food as close to nature as I can. I'm not perfect ..but that is what I strive for. I'm coming off a terrrible cold so I haven't eaten much for the last few days but I want to start posting my menu.
I'm lucky, I live near a Farmers Market and a store that has great sale prices. I only buy what is on sale. This week they had Grass-Fed NO antiboticG round Beef for $1.99lb. I know, I'm really lucky Breasfat - Coffee w/ cream 3 organic eggs fried in organic coconut oil Lunch & Dinner - I know, it was because I've been sick 1 Big organic range free hamburger - bunless 2 cups - organic Caulflower with Organic Chesses - 2 Tablespoons Snack - Orangic Strawberries w/ organic whipped cream |
