I started posting here

last August. Then I became very ill and was sick for 10 months.

Now I'm back to posting on the recipe and suggestion board.

Hope you are all doing well, and Yes I think posting daily not only
helps to be honest but gives each other ideas on different things
to eat.

Today:

1 egg
2 bacon
coffee with cream and splenda
1 sliced toasted LC bread with cinnamon/splenda

Lunch: will be a munch. slice of cheese and couple cherry tomatoes,
olives, celery.

Dinner: Hamburger gravy, roasted mushrooms 'n garlic (yum)
steamed veggies, and slice of lc strawberry pie from
CarolynF.

I always have ice water handy and drink about two diet sodas
with Splenda every day. Maybe 6 oz. glass of LC choco milk.

Hey Kimlou, I drove thru Huntington several times....I think lol

My fiance's parents, brother and granparents all live in WV in Ravenswood, which is an hr north of Charleston and 40 mins south of Parkersburg. We literally cross MD and WV to get to them, they're so close to the Ohio border, just across the river actually. It is such a nice getaway so peaceful, although I wish they were closer, like in Morganstown or Clarksburg.

I'm dreading driving in the rain, the highways are fine but those WV sideroads and driveways shave a few years off my life everytime I drive thru them in less than perfect weather! lol

Hey there-- sorry it took so long to get back to you--we do Gothic/Industrial/Hard Rock.

I just have to say--- boy howdy, was it HOT. I mean literally! It had to be at least 90 degrees up on stage. I think I was suffering from heat exhaustion by the end of the gig. Not only that-- but I forgot to eat that day. Nerves. Sigh. I'll learn to do better.

How did your cookout go?

Yesterday, I blew it.

I started out okay-- I had 1 pork rib for breakfast yesterday. But then--I had two pieces of Chicken Katsu and one piece of fried fish. No sauce, and plain salad. But still, BAD. (But oh, so very good.) Then baked pork roast and sf jello when I came home. Lots and lots of water.

Today-- I'll be having the following:
Breakfast: Coffee, H&H, Splenda
Snack: Iced Americano (I may have two, it's stupidly hot)
Lunch: Cold cooked shrimp and salmon (lox) from the Deli at QFC. Lots of water.
Dinner: More leftover pork roast, SF Jello.

90 degrees !! I don't do hot weather very well. I hate to eat when it's that hot, but you shpuld eat something so you don't pass out !!
Cookout went okay, I just ate too much. And some things I shouldn't have eaten.

I am having a hard time staying on track lately.

B- bacon ,egg and cheese quiche

Not sure on the rest of the day. I want to stay pretty LC for a few days and keep the cravings at bay. I fixed coconut bark yesterday, portion control was abit of a problem and today I feel bloated. So it's in the freezer for emergencies.
