Have a blessed Thanksgiving to everyone!

This is my 7th week. Being that this is Thanksgiving, I will be having my Free Day on Thursday.

My question is, do I do baseline Fri and Sat and then high carb on Sunday?

I dropped to 155lbs!

Thanks to the previous posts, I learned that when I am not satisfied the culprit could be not enough protein. Is that right? It happened last evening. I hit the small Dove dark chocs (3) and then wanted something salty and went for 6 crackers. I felt bad, but got back into the right sized meals and protein drinks. Tonight, no problem!

Hi there - Wendy Suggests a mini deplete on Friday and then on with your regular schedule. Mine Deplete is no starches (grits, rice, ez bread and the like) but any VEGGIES you may want

Wednesday W2/D3 Baseline

I'm back to post my menu for tomorrow. WC week one is pretty straightforward but after that it gets contradictory in parts and confusing.
In week 2 fats are limited to 2 servings a day and I've not been following that
M1-1/2 cp. oatmeal, 1 scoop PP, bl coffee
M2-Atkins shake, celery
M3-1 EZ tortilla, 1 egg, 1/2 cp. whites
M4-1 min. muffin, 2 oz. pumpkin
M5-5 oz. pork, romaine, broccoli, green beans, 1 T evoo
M6-1/2 cp. lowfat cottage cheese

Feel free to comment or suggest as I'm at times. I'm sure it will get easier.

fats aren't limited to 2 servings. You need to keep your fat under control

Under 20 grams of bad fats per day and watch your healthy fats.

I typically have cheese everyday and then cook in EVOO. I haven't once counted fat. Just be sensible and she should be fine!

I held out for a long time thinking spongebob was "too grown up" - having never watched an episode. Now spongebob is one of the few I actually enjoy watching with them. He is one crazy sponge

Week 4, Day 3 Carb - Up

Okay, I went a little overboard today but here it is

M1 - 1/2 blueberry bagel, 1 ew/2we with 2T cheese and salsa
handful of peanut butter m&m's

M2 - skipped

M3 - 1/2 turkey and cheese sub with light mayo, tomato, lettuce, banana pickles and tooooooo many rice crackers, not info on package so I don't know what a serving is or what it contains exactly, finished off peanut butter m&m's (should have never started - I just love them)

M3 - skipped becuase I was stuffed from meal 3

M4 - went out to "Green Turtle" had chicken quesadillas (sp) - way to much cheese inside I image, with salsa and cream cheese, Handful of fries, regular and sweetpotato - which had brown sugar on them it seemed, three squirts of reddi-whip for sweet taste

Started off good but went overboard with m&m's and rice crackers, should have stayed away from the fries. Oh Well Tomorrow is another day, no guilt right???

Anyone seeing this do you think I should do carb-down tomorrow? instead of baseline?
