It's MONDAY! What are you eating today?

Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Maggie's cereal w/cranberries.
Lunch - Pork and mushrooms in sour cream and sherry mushroom cream gravy served over cauli-rice, and broccoli.
Dinner - Grilled steak w/sauteed mushrooms, twice baked fauxtatoes, and asparagus.

Breakfast - 3 eggs fried in 1 tablespoon Butter - coffee w/heavy cream

Lunch - 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cp lettuce w/2 tablespoons of Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch dressing - diet pepsi

Dinner - 4 oz broiled salmon, 2 cp's of lettuce w/2 tablespoon's of the Ranch dressing

3 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil - spread through out the day

Breakfast: Slice (very big and chunky "slice") of crustless quiche, crammed with mushrooms, onion, ham and red peppers.

Lunch: Home made beef stew, with steamed veggies (sprouts and green beans.)

Snack (maybe): Hard boiled egg.

Dinner: Steamed asparagus with butter, then pork loin steaks, either fried or on the George Foreman grill, with baby spinach leaves sauted in olive oil and garlic, garnished with pine nut kernels.

Brekky: No food cos I was running late so just half a litre of water!!

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, orange pepper, red onion, avocado, mayo and two slices of ham.

Snack: One peperami.

Dinner: Trout fillet baked in lemon and butter served with mushrooms, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and onion along with boiled celery (sounds odd but yummy!)

Plus 2 more litres of water and an hour at the gym.

hey all

Breakfast: zero carb sausages x 2, fried egg in olive oil, mushrooms cooked in butter

Lunch: water and chicken salad with oil and vinegar

Dinner: steak with butter, cabbage fried in olive oil with garlic and bacon pieces

2 litres of water through day, coconut oil x 2 tsp NO COFFEE< NO SODA

L- homemade lc sf stawberry jam & mac butter on oopsie bread cut the size of a tea sandwich, iced tea w/liquid stevia.

S - a little homemade eggdrop soup

D - Italian Sausage w/fried onions and Lida Sue's JUST LIKE STUFFED BAKED POTATOES, iced tea w/liquid stevia, vitamins

I also had:

S - some of LS's cheese crackers with alloutta dip & 5 cashews

D - some plain bark dipped in PB. (I know I prob shouldn't have had this tonight but it was calling to me)
