B - 2 eggs (cooked in coconut oil) 4 sausage links, loose leaf white tea (plain)
L- Grilled chicken, steamed cauliflower, and sauted tomatoes in homemade alfredo sauce (this is really good and easy if anyone wants the recipe, the tomatoes turn the alfredo sauce into tomato-alfredo, delicious!) D- probably left over lunch, or fish and salad w/olive oil snacks - celery w/natural peanut butter and maybe a slice of raw cheese or some raspberries 1T coconut oil while making dinner to kill my appetite a bit ![]() Lots of fresh brewed hot white tea and pellegrino Last edited by micki : 02-10-2008 at 06:06 AM.
