It's FRIDAY! What are you eating today?

Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Maggie's cereal w/cranberries.
Lunch - Romaine lettuce salad and the last piece of Deep Dish Pizza.
Dinner - Red leaf lettuce salad and 1/2 of a rolled chicken breast stuffed with andouille sausage and ricotta, parmesean, and pepper jack cheese, served on Dreamfields linguini w/marinara sauce.

Breakfast- cheese omelette with 2 eggs, 1 oz cheese, 3 bacon, 1 tsp salsa

2 cups coffee

Lunch- 1 can tuna. 1 1/2 T mayo. 1/4 cup onion, 1 T flax

Dinner- 2 hotdogs with 2 cups saurkraut with mustard

Snack- 2 coffee's with sf syrup

Breakfast: Piece of crustless quiche and 2 sausages
Lunch: Was going to be egg salad and veggies, then found the serving of chilli con carne I froze from the batch I made at the weekend, so had that instead of the egg salad, and damn it was goooood! Had some cheese sprinkled on top too.
Dinner: Beef stir-fry with veggies.

Turned into a beefy kind of day today. I may have a snack of some of that egg salad I didn't have for lunch if I'm hungry late on.
And I might treat myself to a decaf Americano with cream and SF hazelnut syrup, if I pop in to Starbucks on the way home.

L - green salad w/tuna salad

Snacks will be a couple of ounces of hard cheese, diet rite

More than 900 calories!!!

bfst: hard boiled (not hard cooked!!!) egg, drop of mayo, 2 oz of mixed unsalted nuts(throughout the morning-not all at once). lunch: salad with 2 tsp evoo (from greece) 1 slice low carb bread toasted with roast beef, salad fixins and deli mustard-YUMMO. supper: i hope sliced roast pork(if i'm not too lazy to walk over and get it. THE PEKING KITCHEN on Ave M & E18 St in Bklyn USA does not deliver to my neck of the woods anymore. It is worth the round trip by foot-1hr round trip. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI
