S: 2 hot dogs with ketchup D: boneless chicken breast, green beans, salad with croutons, shredded cheese and Italian dressing. I say B/L for my first one, because my break is at 9:50 in the freakin morning, so that's basically my breakfast/lunch since I don't get to eat again til around 3pm. |

Yeah, I'm not too worried about it. Everything I've eaten has been lower GI, so at least I am sticking to my plan. Maybe a little too carb heavy, but when I'm sick, it doesn't bother me as much.
