It's WEDNESDAY! What are you eating today?

Good morning!!
Breakfast - Maggie's cereal w/cranberries.
Lunch - Romaine lettuce salad and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza.
Dinner - Red leaf lettuce salad and 1/2 of a rolled chicken breast stuffed w/andouille sausage and ricotta, parmesean and pepper jack cheese served over Dreamfields linguini w/marinara sauce.

D = more roast turkey in some creative, delish way so my crabby hubby will not complain about leftovers, roasted asparagus in EVOO & garlic, stuffing for my crabman

S = OneMinuteMuffin or Mock Danish

S: PB shake just like yesterday, except I remembered to put in a scoop of whey protein powder this time
L: what was left of my rotisserie chix (maybe as much as a whole breast?), with blue cheese dressing, 1 HB egg w/ a smear of 1000 island dressing
S: pork rinds w/ cream cheese (I finished the dregs of the bag. . .just little teeny bits, so not sure how many that really was)
D: angus burger (from walmart-they come frozen in a box. The kind I had was mushroom cheese-delicious, btw) with some blue cheese and a sprinkle of chopped onion
Dessert: 1 Tbls ricotta w/ a dribble of hazelnut DaVinci's

B 2 oopsies with a splash of Davinci's, diet pop

S 3 slices RM bacon

L 4 oz. 0 carb kielbasa, small salad, dressing, SF jello, cheese chips, diet pop

S 6 slices RM bacon

D baconator minus the bread, mayo, and ketchup, diet pop

and I drank 4 bottles of water using 2 packets of Crystal Light. Yay....finally switching away from the caffeinated pop but, boy, is it leaving me tired!
