I love a chocolate protein shake w/pb!!! I think it kinda tastes like a reese's pb cup blizzard! I add 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder, handful of ice cubes, some water and a tbsp of peanut butter. Then give a blast in the magic bullet.

LOVE my magic bullet!

I just used it to make 2 bags of pork rinds into crumbs for fried chicken last night. Love it Love it Love it!!! And it whips up the best cream in no time flat! Everyone should have one!!

D - Had terrible tummy ache (I think the jelly went bad so chucking it in the trash..OUCH) so just a couple bites of heroin chicken w/some 0 carb BBQ sauce, Iced tea w/liquid stevia & vitamins

Breakfast - Coffee and sleep (I work 3rd shift, this is my last week on nights, thank God)

Lunch - Whole Grain Turkey and Cheddar Panini from Panera Bread, Cheddar and Broccoli soup, Iced Green Tea with no sweetner, only a lemon slice

Dinner - Pot Roast, Green Beans (cooked with onion and bacon, sea salt and fresh ground pepper) and 1/2 baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon. Water and crystal lite to drink.

Snack here at work: 1 small Gala apple

Breakfast - 3 eggs medium over, humus, cottage cheese, 2 tomatoes-on-the-vine, feta cheese, 1 cup coffee

Lunch - 1 tomato, slice of cheddar cheese

Snack - peanuts, slice of cheese

Dinner - Olive Garden, 2 bites of bread stick, some salad, half of pasta shrimp dish

Felt real full after the dinner, despite the moderate consumption.

Superbowl Sunday is always about Chili. I make the best...simple, old fashioned, olw carb, and absoltely scrumptious. I miss having a few beers with it...but, oh well.
