Well, I went to the shower. Wanted to report in the following:
L - did not eat the salad; was still full from breakfast At the shower, ate some cheese, nuts, coffee w/cream, my 3-minute chocolate cake, and didn't have room for the candy I made. Walked home from the shower (a good 35-40 min. walk) and am enjoyng the candy now! So glad I took my own treats with me. Last edited by goodcelt; 02-02-2008 at 03:56 PM.. Reason: wrong word |

Breakfast/Lunch - full fat cottage cheese, 2 medium vine-tomatoes(the really juicy kind), some humus and 2 big chicken kebab chunks from last night. BTW, this is was one of the best breakfasts I ever had! So filling and so few calories!
Dinner - don't know what's on the menu it's going to be a get-together, but I've been good the last several times with this, so no worries! |
