Good Morning!
Breakfast - "Chocolate Pudding".
Lunch - Romaine lettuce salad and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza.
Dinner - Braised pot roast w/gravy, fauxtatoes, and broccoli.

B - Amazing, I actually had b-fast today. A lettuce salad w/cubed ham and Marie's creamy Italian garlic dressing, iced tea w/liquid stevia.

L - Not sure yet, will post later

D - It's friday! LS's Deep Dish Pizza. Not sure what I am going to use for sauce as I'm out for now. Maybe I will try and make some as I have some diced tomatoes in the pantry. Probably will top with sauteed onions on my half and onions and pepperoni on the other half for DH and my LO. I've eaten so much pepperoni I'm just sick of it..blaaa. Iced tea w/liquid stevia & vitamins

L rotisserie chicken, 1 slice provolone cheese nuked, SF jello, diet pop

S will probably be another 3 slices RM bacon and diet pop

D will probably be a hamburger on 2 oopsie rolls with 1 Tbsp salad dressing, broccoli spears, maybe SF jello, diet pop

S if I need it, probably 3 slices RM bacon and diet pop

Today is day 11 of induction, and I've lost 10.5 pounds. Now I just need to get through the weekend.

celery w/homemade ranch dip

D - rotisserie chicken (I might buy this at my lunch hour for a little extra to eat around lunch, I don't think I brought enough food to hold me over for the rest of the work day...
