It's THURSDAY! What are you eating today?
Good Morning!
Breakfast - Italian seasoned sausage omelet. Lunch - Romaine lettuce salad and a piece of Deep Dish Pizza. Dinner - Dijon pork chop w/onion in mustard cream gravy, fauxtatoes, and green beans w/bacon, mushrooms, and onion. |

B: 2 rashers streaky bacon, fried. 1 minute muffin. Mug of black tea.
L: Egg salad (3 eggs, mayo, chopped spring onions - and a little melted butter.) Veggie medly in microwave: broccoli, savoy cabbage, red onion and leek, with butter on top. D: Stir fry pork with veggies: red onion, mushrooms, courgette and of course GARLIC! Maybe some cheese sprinkled on top.S: Hard boiled egg. If I fancy it. B: 1/8 slice Mexicali Quiche, I had some taco bell hot sauce in the cabinet from my last trip there(thank goodness it is over an hour away from me to the closest one), this pie smelled like taco bell when I was making it. spinach, a little sour cream, mushrooms, flax meal, ACV, EVOO, Coffee.

Brought to work for breakfast and lunch - steak, celery w/homemade ranch dip, pumpkin concoction
Celery & dip gone, snacked on some steak and had a few bites of pumpkin. W/finish it all off around 1pm w/carmel pepsi jazz Super Big Gulp cup of Passion fruit iced tea. W/have another tropical iced tea this afternoon to be sure D? Mexican Frying cheese if DS (15) hasn't polished it off. |
