It's TUESDAY! What are you eating today?

Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Italian seasoned sausage omelet.
Lunch - Green leaf lettuce salad and a chipolte seasoned grilled pork burrito in a l/c tortilla.
Dinner - Dijon pork chop w/onion, fauxtatoes w/mustard cream gravy, and green beans w/bacon, mushrooms, and onion.

thought you'd never ask...

bfst: spanish omelet(egg whites only-at home i use 1 whole egg, the rest egg whites), canadian bacon, 2 slices of tomato, 2 sl low carb toast(from the TASTY PASTRY SHOPPE in Bklyn(they are very tiny slices-3 gr for the 2) lunch: critter du jour from the hospital cafeteria, or mercury salad with the inevitable tuna in it. supper: london broil with sauteed spinach in garlic plus salad. Meals yesterday where actually better then I had posted.... I did not eat the evil potatoes that had sliped into my lunch, which is a good thing because I did not work out as much as planned.
Here is the plan for today:

B - Breakfast Bake, Coffee w/ HC & Davinci's, 1 piece LC toast w/ sf jam
s - 1/4 apple with cream cheese
L - Beer Braised Beef w/ Green Beans, 2 LC Peanut Butter Cookies(but maybe not depends)
s - Pecans, Yogurt
D - Chicken Casserole or Salad with bacon
102 oz. water
All my suppliment/vitamins.

SN: Pepperoni/cheese

LU: 2 cups mixed greens, 2 roasted peppers sliced, 4 oz chicken roasted and cubed, 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, 3-4 tbls Caesar Dressing

DI: Roast Beef, Saute'd zuchini in garlic/olive oil, 2 tbsl gravy (? maybe), smashed cauliflower (1/2 cup) w/butter & cream.

B - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices pepper cheese on low carb wrap

am Snack - Breyers Light Strawberry Yogurt (until I make my homemade yogurt) plus 1 oz havarti cheese

L- Grilled Chicken and a Big mixed baby lettuce & romaine salad w/cucumber, tomato, anchovies, olive oil and vinegar

pm snack - Celery w/1 teaspoon of Jif Peanut Butter (special treat) plus 3 dove dark chocolate creme (purely for the medicinal effect)

D - A couple bites of leftover turkey thigh - not really hungry

plus an Atkins bar.

No wonder I'm not hungry for dinner. I ate alot today.

Calories 1458 (not including dove's) Seems like way more!
Carbs 65 minus fiber 23 = 42 (not including dove's)

Breakfast: Mcdonalds double cheeseburgers x2 in oopsies x2! NOMMY!

Lunch: cashew nuts and pork rinds

Dinner: Pork rind fried chicken dipped in sour cream and brocolli with melted cheese and peri peri hot sauce

Snack: whipped double cream with choc protein powder added


DIET COKE (bad girl!!) but also lots of water
