Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Maggie's cereal w/cranberries.
Lunch - Green leaf lettuce salad and a Chipolte seasoned grilled pork burrito in a l/c tortilla.
Dinner - Beef pot roast, fauxtatoes, and gravy, and broccoli.

L- Turkey thigh and a big salad with romaine red cabbage tomato red pepper cucumber celery & olive oil
S-? I will figure something out
D - marinated grilled chicken breast w/roasted red peppers & onions and another salad

Looking for a snack idea for this afternoon. 400 calories very low carb?

L: 1 cup salad with can of tuna and 2 hard boiled eggs with mayo, I sugar free Raspberry jelly

if you have some parmesan cheese, cut the chicken into strips, coat with beaten egg and grated parmesan then either fry or bung in the oven... these are so yummy

Oh yes thank you, what a brilliant idea. I have some parmesan in a tub in the fridge, not fresh but then again that is probably good as fresh parmesan is way too yummy to last very long!

I suppose I could do all 4 breasts I defrosted last night like this and maybe have them with salad for my lunch too? Will they keep in the fridge or go soggy?

they keep fine... make sure you wrap in foil rather than clingfilm though!

YES you must have breakfast... it is the most important meal as it literally breaks the fast you have been doing all night... it kick starts your metabolism and gets your body burning fat!!
