It's MONDAY! What are you eating today?
Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Maggie's cereal w/cranberries. Lunch - Green leaf lettuce salad and a Chipolte seasoned grilled pork burrito in a l/c tortilla. Dinner - Beef pot roast, fauxtatoes, and gravy, and broccoli. |

B- coffee 2 scrambled eggs & 2 slices hot pepper cheese on a low carb wrap
S- Breyers light yogurt w/blueberries (until I get my own yogurt started) L- Turkey thigh and a big salad with romaine red cabbage tomato red pepper cucumber celery & olive oil S-? I will figure something out D - marinated grilled chicken breast w/roasted red peppers & onions and another salad calories 1400 carbs 59 fiber 24 net carbs 35 Looking for a snack idea for this afternoon. 400 calories very low carb? |
