Breakfast - Bacon and a cheese omelet.
Lunch - Chipolte seasoned grilled pork burrito in a l/c tortilla.
Dinner - Dijon pork chop w/onion in mustard cream gravy, fauxtatoes, and broccoli.

Good morning! Hydhouse - I love this post! It actually makes me think about what I'm shoving in my face every day!

B - chorizo with onion, tomato and eggs, coffee with heavy cream and splenda
Snack - oopsie rolls (what else???)
L - Sub-sandwich on oopsie roll - beef, turkey, ham and cheese w/tomato, lettuce and horseradish
Snack - Probably won't eat a snack
D - roast beef (crock pot variety!) with cauliflower and brocolli and a salad

S: 1/2 flax muffin with 1 tsp cream cheese

L: Shrimp Fried Rice ( 3 ozs shrimp, cauliflower chopped fine, garlic, soy sauce)

D: 4 oz tilipia with 1 cup green beans with butter and garlic

S: Not sure if Ill want one or not

Hey Emerald Sky, your post is the first one I read this morning. I have been doing low carb for about 2 weeks but today I am starting Induction for the first time. When I looked at your stats, they blew me away. That was such an encouragement! All I can say is AWESOME!
