Breakfast - a boat load of bacon and a tall glass of unsweet tea
Snack - diet coke about 4oz Lunch - A Large Grilled Chicken Salad with ranch from a local dinner here in town Snack - Cream Cheese and Celery Dinner - A low carb wrap with turkey, cheese, and lettuce Snack- Undecided |

This morning my breakfast was a bacon and cheese omelet. I snacked on macadamia nuts. Later I made egg drop soup with chicken broth, 1 egg and I chopped up a very small chicken breast and some thigh meat from a grocery store rotisserie chicken. It was very filling and satisfying. I've had lots of water. I had a 4C Energy To Go drink. It's almost five in the evening and I'm thinking about digging through the fridge for something else. Todays calories were a little higher for me so far than yesterdays because I worked out a lot and I was just pretty hungry.
