Is everyone that is making loaded broccoli, just topping their individual serving with yummy stuff, or do you bake it like a casserole with the broccoli on the bottom & topping on top?

Just wondering & looking for something to serve for dinner tonight!

At my favorite Italian take-out, I get a side salad & baked chicken which is flavored with lemon, garlic and oregano...perhaps they have something like that?!

It depends...I don't know the carb count for marsala wine, but they very well may thicken the wine/mushroom sauce with flour. If you are on induction, I'd would stay away from it for now.

Ooh- change of plans.

Lunch ended up being Kashi with raspberry and blueberries and milk.
Snack was a banana.

Going out to dinner now to a local brewery- I plan on having a chicken caesar salad with a bowl of tomato bisque YUM.
