So far today all I've had is a South Beach meal replacement bar. I'm waiting for my step dad to get back from the store so I can fix a salad and a yogurt. That will probably be all I eat today, since it's approaching 5pm and I try not to eat past 7 or 8pm.

Throughout the day:
almonds (too many)
celery w/homemade "ranch" dip - too much
pumpkin concoction (1 serving)
OH NO - tortellini w/butter and parm. Wine

Although the food situation was not the best - this was a great day in general! The best day I have had in ages!!
