Morning!

Brekky: One small chicken breast and wing with one tablespoon garlic mayo.

Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, cucumber, red onion and dill pickle along with one boiled egg.

Snack: One peperami before I hit the gym!

Dinner: Going to the pub for dinner so I will have either gammon, steak or a bunless burger with salad or maybe veg if they have a good selection (my pub usually does peas or carrots which are obviously no good!)

I have to say I had a gorgeous dinner yesterday. I pan fried some mini chicken breast fillets in one pan and in another I sauteed some mushrooms in a little butter then added cream and a generous sprinkling of finely grated parmesan which I mixed in until it melted. I then served this on the chicken along with green beans and a small salad and it was beautiful! Definitely one to make again.
