TUESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Since Christmas day I have only cheated once but I really feel like I need a bit more structure so I'm going back to Induction. Maybe for a week or possibly two, I'll just see how I go. Plus I've not been online in about 3 weeks as I was off work for a long time over Xmas and New Years and don't have the Internet at home!

Anyway, today's menu is:

Brekky: A few strips of sirloin steak, three celery sticks, one tablespoon mayo flavoured with garlic & parsley.

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, celery, red onion, orange pepper and avocado salad with mayo and one chicken drumstick.

Dinner: I will probably have some king prawns sauteed in garlic butter along with either asparagus or broccoli.

Snack: Maybe a piece of cheese or a boiled egg if I feel the need.

Plus two litres of water and at least an hour up the gym. Ugh, the gym is just so busy this time of year though!!

WOE: Low Carb
Hello Everyone! I am new to this board and low carb eating lifestyle. I started doing low carb before the holidays and lost some weight but gained it all back again since I stopped watching what I was eating during the holidays. I started fresh again today and have done well.

Breakfast - Egg quiche things (homemade - made it with eggs, cheese, bacon, onions, peppers and mushrooms)

Lunch: Ground turkey, salsa and melted cheese over lettuce

Dinner: Not sure yet

Water: 1.5 Liter bottle

I am doing good so far today but starting to get hungry....can I get some good snack ideas from everyone. I thinking of having an apple with peanut butter later. Thank you!!

Im going to have one of Rebecca's Blonde Brownies I think and for dinner probably tuna with mayo and half an avocado.

have a great day, everyone!

Well, since you just started you would be on induction and Apples and peanut butter are def not on list! I'd suggest some deviled eggs instead
