Uggghhh I am still fighting a cold. It's in my chest now.
Breakfast: Ricotta pancakes w/Butter "syrup" (1tbsp. Butter melted and 1 teaspoon Howards lo carb maple) Lunch: Flat out wrap w/romaine, bacon and tuna w/mayo 1.5 deviled eggs Snack: Cheese and pepperonis Dinner: Omelet or Cheeseburger w/o bun We shall see dinners not until 9pm |

s- 15 almonds exactly I counted and coffee with 1 tbs hc and 1/2 splenda Water L- Potsicker Patty with Revolution Rolls (cabbage is in the patty) probably a half cup? S- Black Tea with 1/2 a splenda Water Dinner- Salmon and 1 cup Zuchinni s- Small glass of Dry white wine |

I am reinducting and trying to up fats to quell cravings, so:
B: boiled egg dipped in real mayo,iced coffee w/ 1 splenda pkt. and 1 TBS heavy cream L: iced green tea w/lemon, 1C raw broccoli,cauliflower,celery dipped in 2 TBS home made ranch,1 pkt.tuna plain w/1 TBS mayo D: roasted chicken thighs, 1 C. garlic/evoo roasted asparagus,1C. leaf lettuce drizzled w/evoo & red wine vinegar S: S/F raspberry gelatin, cheese stick Last edited by ardawn : 01-07-2008 at 02:46 PM. |
