Breakfast - 1/4 grapefruit and Maggie's cereal w/cranberries.
Lunch - roast beef, sauerkraut, and cheese casserole.
Dinner - Grilled pork, hash browned squash, and green beans.

Man, there is something about starting the New Year with a new commitment to LCing that just feels right. It has been three years since re-starting after baby girl & I am not there yet, but glad to still be on the journey.

snack--4 med shrimp and homemade cocktail sauce

lunch--parmesan crusted chicken thigh with skin, roasted veggies with butter, coconut oil and italian seasoning

snack---homemade low carb yogurt with flax seed added

dinner--another chicken thigh and some veggies(I'll smother the rest in marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese for tomorrow)

snack---green olives, 1 avocado stuffed egg

bedtime---I always have my homemade yogurt with either flax seed or walnuts at bedtime.....

grn tea w/honey

Snack:
6 oz. vanilla soy milk

Dinner:
salmon cake, 1/2 sweet potato
5.5 oz. can of V-8 juice

before bed: grn tea w/honey
