L - salad topped with pork adobada, sour cream, guacamole, cheese & salsa D - hot wings with ranch S - Atkins bar, mac nuts The weekends are hard for me. I always want to snack and eat cr@p. Luckily I had some mac nuts and an Atkins bar in the house but still I should try and stay away from those things. ![]() |

snack--4 med shrimp and homemade cocktail sauce lunch--parmesan crusted chicken thigh with skin, roasted veggies with butter, coconut oil and italian seasoning snack---homemade low carb yogurt with flax seed added dinner--another chicken thigh and some veggies(I'll smother the rest in marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese for tomorrow) snack---green olives, 1 avocado stuffed egg bedtime---I always have my homemade yogurt with either flax seed or walnuts at bedtime..... |
