TGIF (Thank God I'm Flatferenghi!!!)

Bfst: cheeseburger, no bun; celery, olives, sl of tomato and onion(sugar free mint afterwards) lunch: critter du jour (or can of solid white tuna)salad, and or veggie . supper: chinese sliced roast pork, house special soup(no little corns or carrots at this juncture). Greetings to my fellow Brooklynite ANNIEMO. The PEKING KITCHEN on Ave M & E 18th ST. in Bklyn is my favorite source for sliced roast pork. The packets of chinese mustard has some starch.
fortunately, I only need less than 1/2 packet per mealtime. Great weekend to all. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

B: none..gosh I just have NOT been feeling well in the mornings...I know I need to start eating something but I don't know. No, I'm not pregnant,
L/D: Went to BD's Mongolian BBQ-- my LC heaven! My first bowl was a spicy buffolo chicken one with tons of veggies, second bowl was steak/sausage with veggies and marinara sauce...so delish. All you have to do is skip on the pasta-- easy, just add TONS of veggies. I've found the pasta doesn't really add anything to it anyways.

S: Hopefully some veggies and dip..I am feeling so lazy and don't want to go to the store right now!
