It's TUESDAY! What are you eating today?

HAPPY NEW YEAR
Breakfast - 1/4 grapefruit and a sausage & cheese omelet.
Lunch - Mexican stuffed zucchini.
Dinner - Deviled egg, shrimp cocktail w/California style chipolte cocktail sauce, rib roast w/port gravy, twice baked fauxtatoes, sugar snap peas and a glass of the champagne we failed to have last night.

I'm on my third day of induction-
B- eggs, bacon, coffee
L- tuna, mayo, cheese heated in the microwave or something leftover from the other night.

S- rare roast beef, spinach with butter

I will throw in a deviled egg somewhere for a snack.

Here's my plan for today -
B-eggs fried in butter, bacon, herbal tea
L-pork chop, mixed greens w/ goat cheese and olive oil dressing
S-ham & cream cheese roll-ups
D-Spicy Chicken & Spinach Casserole (Linda Sue), sasame cucumber salad

It's my 3rd day of induction too, Lauri. Good luck to us!!

Menu

B: White Castle Hamburger Pie (Linda's recipe) = 1 cup shredded cabbage and mayo
L: Roast beef (6oz) 2 cups lettuce/Marie's Blue Cheese dressing
D: 6 buffalo wings with 1 cup chopped Cuke + tad bc dressing
S: Pepperoni and Horseradish dip

WATER: 128 ounces
1 diet dr. Pepper

Total net carbs: 13g

Wow!! You guys make me feel like a HUGE eater!!

Breakfast: 32 ounces Orange drink(Walmarts version of crystal light Sposed to be mixed w/16 ounces, but it's too sweet) 1 Deviled egg (2 halves) Prepared w/Mayo, celery, shallots and s/f relish)

Lunch: Leftover White castle pie, possible homemade turkey soup

Dinner: Im thinking BBQ Pork roast and cabbage...Mmmmmm

Snack: Cream Cheese muffin

NO PEANUTS TODAY!!! NONE!!!:P

I am not sure how the rest of the day will be as far as my menu, but this is what I have had so far...

Late breakfast: 2 cups of decaf coffee w/stevia; 2 eggs scrambled with ham and cheddar, sf jello w/ whipped cream, bottle of water.

B Mock Danish<first time making-was [i]alright[i] but need to work on that one
L Shrimp boiled spicey-maybe on a salad, maybe not
D cabbage boiled with left over ham
snacks--not sure but I have plenty of sliced turkey, boiled eggs, wasa crisps, soynut butter and even some cream cheese muffins.

One thing I look forward to having everyday is mineral water with a shot of sf dark cherry and a shot of sf chocolate syrup---mmmmm love it!

Also I've been enjoying a cuppa english toffee tea in the evening.

Anyhow, thats the plan!! Oh and by the way HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
