It's MONDAY! What are you eating today?

Good Morning!!
Breakfast - 1/4 grapefruit and Maggie's cereal w/cranberries.
Lunch - Red leaf & romaine lettuce salad and a piece of zucchini lasagna.
New Years Eve Dinner - shrimp cocktail and sliced avacado w/California style chipolte cocktail sauce and scallops primavera in a white wine & cheese sauce served over Dreamfields linguini.
Late night snack - deviled egg, 3 l/c crackers w/cheese, champagne.

I will be having some vodka and diet cream soda's tonight, and a glass of champagne at midnight. Back to induction levels tomorrow to take off the water gain from the snacks and alcohol!!

b - 3 chicken tenders that ds cooked up last night - mighty tasty and cooked to perfection!

s- coffee w/some sf cocoa mix (about 1/3 packet) 1/2n1/2

l - pumpkin concoction (at work and bored, bored, bored - my guess is I might eat this before lunchtime)

the evenings have been doing me in - tonight most likely will not be an exception, but the goodies are almost gone so the temptations will be out of sight out of mind soon. Not sure what I will be eating yet. We are being boring this year - we have opted not to have our annual party - the kids are a bit bummed.

radish/hb egg "potato" salad

maybe some turkey or roast beef later with mayo..

for a treat ill have 1oz heavy cream whipped with cranberry juice.. mmm

Pre-Breakfast:
2 cups half decaf with evaporated milk
raw almnds

Breakfast:
1 fried egg
old fashioned oatmeal w/cinnamon, orange blossom honey

Snack:
celery stuffed w/peanut butter, concord grape/cranberry 100% juice

Lunch:
whole grain pasta w/hot pepper sauce, Parmesan
small salad w/ex.virg. olive oil/wine vinegar

Snack:
6 oz. vanilla soy milk

Dinner:
KFC Famous Bowl 'imitation',
(breaded fried chicken nuggets, sweet potatoes, cheese, sweet corn)
5.5 oz. can of V-8 juice

Herring before bed ( for good luck ).
