Lunch: turkeyburger patty in lettuce leaves w/roasted green bean "fries"; green tea

Good Morning....
Wow I must be early

D: Chix and stringbean stirfry w/garlic, soy sauce and sesame me oil (CAN YOU SAY....YUM!)
Des: 1 strawberry ( Have to account for everything that goes in my mouth)
Water: 140oz. (Super hot here yesterday)

B: Chix Salad, homemade ice coffee, no cream
L: Chix and strBn stirfry (same as dinner....YUM!)

I am having a "Hungry Day"

B- Veggie Pizza Frittata
S- Hot n'Spicy Pork Rinds 1.5 oz (YIKES)
L- Egg Salad w/greens
S- More Veggie Pizza Frittata (if hungry)
D- Spicy Casserole of Sausage, Bell Peppers, Onion, and Eggplant over Zucchini Noodles.

Hopefully--that will settle this PMS girl! If not, some sour cream w/cocoa and cinnamon to boot.

Today is "cook day" It's the only day of the week I don't strictly count every bite I put in my mouth. And that's only because I usually take bites/tastes of things along the way. Today I made:
*LindaSue's Creamy Southwestern Taco Soup. Had a bowl for lunch...YUMMY!
*KevinPa's chewy brownies...small taste...divine
*Hamburger and mushroom quiche...a staple..always good
*Batch of almond thins
*Tuna salad...tuna, dill weed, onion powder, dill pickles, egg, sour cream, mayo, mustard...the best ever!

That gets me through until my next weekday I have off. So back to the original question..

B: Hot peach tea with DaVinci peach syrup, 2 scrambled eggs with 3 slices bacon
S: Taste of brownie
L: Bowl of Creamy Southwestern Soup with small salad
S: Bite of tuna salad on an almond thin
D: Grilling salmon tonight and steamed broccoli
If desired I have some SF tropical orange Jell-O in the fridge

I only had two meals today ....here it is

Brunch: Fritatta(egg,ham,bacon,green and red peppers,cheddar) with 1 TBSP hollindaise sauce.Cup of tea.
Snack: 1 oz marble cheese
Dinner: 2 butterfly pork chops with butter sauteed fresh green beans and mushrooms.

Water,crystal light,2 diet sodas and 1 coffee with 1 TBSP coffee cream and 1 splenda.
