Good morning
It's the weekend

B'fast: omelet w/onions, peppers, tomato and 2% cheese; coffee
Lunch: probably BBQ take out -I'll get chicken (smoked, no sauce), pinto beans and make my own cole slaw; iced green tea
Dinner: maybe some tuna and a salad.

lunch - nathans hotdogs w/coney island chili (from linda sue's low carb site)
dinner - maybe a ground beef/cabbage stir fry
dessert - small portion strawberry "cobbler" w/whipped cream
snack - if i need it...slim jims and pepperjack cheese
