It's FRIDAY -what are you eating today?

TGIF yeah?!

B'fast: 2 eggs scrambled w/1/4 cup leftover piccadillo; coffee
Lunch: tuna w/lemon; sliced cucumber and red onion in evoo and red wine vinegar
Dinner: hamburger on lettuce bun; roasted rutabaga fries and 1T heinz 1 carb catsup; green tea

B - Atkins Chocolate Delight Shake
L - Sliced up cheddar cheese hot dogs fried to a crisp. Then topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and nuked until the cheese melts. Then sprayed some Gulden's spicy brown mustard. Delicious!!!
D - Boneless sparibs from the chinese place well done topped with Walden Farms sugar free barbecue sauce.
