B- bacon and eggs, decaf w/cream

L- pastrami and sauerkraut, mustard, dr. browns diet cream soda

D- not sure, taking out my son w/friend to applebees

Brekky ~ coffee with flavored Splenda and cream, 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch ~ Chicken liver pate spread on spicy pork rinds, and of course water, water, water...
Dinner ~ Grilled spicy pork chops, Salad, cauliflower
Snack ~ not yet figured that out yet.. maybe more chicken liver pate.. or Cinnamunchies.. not sure yet.

Breakfast:

Bowl of porridge made with water, 4 strawberries, handful of pistachios, 3 tblsp double cream

Lunch:

3 eggs fried with 2 slices of ham and handful of grated cheddar cheese

3/4 cup mixed unsalted nuts

Dinner:
Pork fillet sliced, tin of mushrooms,bacon bits, half onion, half tub soft cheese
stirred in as a sauce

4 liters mineral water, 2 cups of herbal tea

S: whipped coconutmilk, cocoa, sweetener

Water, flat diet coke

What is whipped coconutmilk?? Sounds yummy


Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled with 2tblsp double cream and bits of smoked salmon added

Lunch:
Tin of tuna in sunflower oil, with 1/4 chopped apple, 1/2 avo and mayonnaise

Dinner:
2 pieces of smoked haddock covered in creme fraiche and grated gruyere cheese, baked in the oven.

4 liters of mineral water, 2 cups of rooibos tea

4th week on LC
Down a dress size!!

Guete Morge!! How nice to hear some Swiss-German And I can see you're eating Gruyere - oh how I miss Swiss cheeses

For the whipped coconutmilk: I just buy the coconutmilk in the can, and mix it (about 1/3 of the can) with some sweetener, and either vanilla-extract, almond-extract or cocoapowder, and often add 1 or two yolks. Then mix about a minute with an electric blender, and you get a light, foamy cream. It really satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me full for a long time.
