B - coffee w/ cream and sf syrup, egg cheese & sausage muffin
L - Going to lunch with a friend at Interurban, so will have ceasar salad w/ grilled chicken and NO extras!! Ice tea
D - Salad, tuna fish (mayo, pickle)
S - flax muffin

evryone here is just so on it Foe B I had Yorgurt
L salad with grilled chicken breast.

L-Celery sticks, ranch and a Ham sandwich made with the net 4 bread DP
D-BBQ chicken hind quarter and cucumber salad
S-blue bunny choc raspberry ice cream bar (Yum!)
